Rhisa makes health data accessible for AI actors.
We collect, structure, and enrich medical imaging data coming from multiple health centers. The data is redistributed to actors developing AI algorithms in the medical field.
To enrich the imaging data, we leverage medical reports by extracting clinical information: pathologies / symptoms / procedures / treatments / anatomy using NLP algorithms.
Rhisa is working with one of the largest radiological centers in France.
We are based in Paris.
Your role in the R&D team:
Develop NLP algorithms to extract clinical concepts from medical imaging reports.
For this purpose, you are expected to:
• Collaborate directly with experienced doctors and data scientists to develop the algorithms,
• Identify and exploit the most relevant and recent scientific publications,
• Explore and evaluate different approaches: CRF, HMM, SVM, LSTM, Embeddings, …
• Test and learn! Our problems do not have pre-established solutions. It is up to you to be proactive and implement your ideas.
You are a final year student in engineering / science with a major in Mathematics or Theoretical Physics.
You can showcase Machine Learning or Deep Learning projects you have worked on – professional or personal.
You know how to write clean and structured Python Code.
You speak fluently both English and French.
You are interested in the medical field.
You are enthusiastic, with strong team spirit, good communication and proven autonomy.
