You join our centralized XVA management desk team in the Global Markets department, which is looking for a XVA Trading Wizard, for an internship of 6 months from April 2023.

In collaboration with your tutor your main tasks will be:

Redesign of existing P&L tracking and explanation tool. The new tool will allow a fine analysis of risks and will include detailed views of P&L allocation by counterparty and by risk axis. It will be enriched with second order effects (gammas and cross sensitivities).
Participates in ad hoc work such as calculating and disseminating indicative price sheets for sale in support of traders.
Assist traders in the day-to-day tasks of the desk: predicting and explaining P&L, developing and maintaining existing tools.
Documentation of developments and presentations to desk members.

Profil recherché

Bachelor’s degree student, you are preparing a diploma (university, business school or engineering school), with a specialization in finance. Good knowledge of derivatives and key risk measures. Excellent Excel, Visual Basic and SQL skills. The knowledge of C# & Python would be a plus The qualities the manager is looking for: Team spirit and communication, rigour, dynamism and curiosity, And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
